Two Decades of Organizational Transformation

RGS Group was founded on a simple conviction: organizations don't transform through strategy documents alone — they transform through people. What began as a boutique HR advisory practice has grown into one of Ghana's most trusted consulting partners for government institutions, enterprises and NGOs.

Today, our multidisciplinary team of consultants, facilitators and organizational psychologists deliver integrated solutions spanning HR consulting, leadership development, corporate training, organizational development, marketing communications and event management.

Milestones

2010 — Founded in Accra

RGS Group opens its doors as a boutique HR consulting practice serving mid-sized Ghanaian businesses.

2014 — Government Sector Expansion

First engagements with public sector institutions, including capacity-building programmes for metropolitan assemblies.

2018 — Leadership Development Practice Launched

A dedicated leadership academy is established to serve mid- and senior-level executives.

2022 — Marketing & Communications Division

RGS Group broadens its offering into brand strategy and corporate communications.

2026 — 5,000+ Professionals Trained

RGS Group crosses a major milestone, having trained over 5,000 professionals across 100+ organizations.

ROBERT ELIKEM K YAKOHENE

Robert is an inspirational leader with over eighteen (18) years of business management experience at the highest level in five different sectors including Banking, Agriculture, Telecoms, Commerce and Manufacturing. A passionate customer-centric marketing and business development professional who is innovative and highly enthusiastic in the provision of business solutions that create and maintain advocacy in customers, Robert holds an MBA in Marketing Management since 2004. Robert has in the last twelve years, explored his discovered passion in personal leadership development through training, coaching and mentoring. Strategically leveraging on his extensive corporate background, he has been involved in the development of the leadership teams of more than forty-five established businesses and over a dozen public services organisations. He is passionate about developing the skills of entrepreneurs, business executives and the youth towards effective and efficient productivity and profitability. His aspiration is to see businesses in Africa transcend the generation of their founders.

Is an experienced finance and business professional and a consultant with over 16 years' experience in corporate and project finance, risk management and HR training covering wide range of sectors including transport, IT, commercial real estate, energy, telecom. He also doubles as global analyst specialising in global political issues in the North America, Europe, African and Middle East. Mr. Dankwah briefly worked in the diplomatic circles, serving as the Head of Economic and Commercial Unit at the United Arab Embassy in Accra. His work experience covers wide range of countries including Ghana, United Kingdom, Nigeria, South Sudan and Kenya.

She was the Head of Service Quality for a Bank where she delighted customers with excellent customer service. Prior to holding this post, she lived and served in UK for several years for world class companies within automotive, financial services and technology. Zara's rich experience focuses on inspiring and helping individuals and corporate entities to development themselves and businesses strategically for transformational growth that will support business transformation and long-term growth. She is enthusiastic about helping companies develop world class customer experience interventions for sustainable growth.

Is an Innovative Marketing Communications and business development consultant with over 17 years' experience across manufacturing, commodity trading, pharmaceutical, energy, construction and media sectors. Lauratu is a change enabler who is passionate about cultivating the talents of individuals and leaders to grow their businesses/organisations. Lauratu has worked in both the private and the public sectors in Ghana and she has an in-depth understanding of Ghana's business and political environment.
