Abdul Rahaman Yissah

Mr. Rahaman Yissah is a goal driven and ambitious professional with broad and wide-ranging expertise in the business strategy and the successful execution of change management / business transformation projects. He is highly accomplished with core expertise including, but not limited to the delivery of Business Strategy, Business Transformation / Change Management, Financial Management, Performance Management, Corporate Governance, Human Resource Management, Budgetary and Cost Control, and Regulatory Compliance projects. Throughout a career spanning nearly 30 years, he has worked and delivered projects in the UK and the Middle east in Healthcare, Automotive, Tobacco, Precision Engineering, Food and Industrial Chemicals, and Oil & Gas. In the course of his work, Mr. Yissah has visited and collaborated with international organisations in Geneva and Lugano in Switzerland, Bergen and Stavanger in Norway, Rome and Sicily in Italy, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, Shell Global Solutions in The Hague, Shell Group in London, Mumbai and Hyderabad in India, Athens in Greece, Cairo in Egypt, Abuja in Nigeria, Doha in Qatar, and Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. Mr. Yissah also worked and collaborated with the Middle East divisions of international strategy consultants, namely: Oliver Wyman of the Marsh Group, PwC, Milliman (Global Actuarial and Risk Management Consultants), and KPMG in the delivery of internal company projects. Mr. Yissah holds an MBA and a Diploma in Management from the Henley Business School, UK. He is also a qualified Accounting Technician from the Association of Accounting Technicians, AAT, and a part-qualified Management Accountant. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting, UK (FIC) and also a Fellow of the Association of Accounting Technicians (FMAAT).

Lauratu is an innovative Marketing Communications and business development consultant with over 17 years of experience across various sectors including manufacturing, commodity trading, pharmaceutical, energy, construction, and media. She is a change enabler, passionate about fostering the growth of businesses and organizations by cultivating the talents of employees. With experience in both the private and public sectors in Ghana, Lauratu possesses a deep understanding of Ghana's business and political environment.

ROBERT E. K. YAKOHENE

Robert is an inspirational leader with over eighteen (18) years of business management experience at the highest level in five different sectors including Banking, Agriculture, Telecoms, Commerce and Manufacturing. A passionate customer-centric marketing and business development professional who is innovative and highly enthusiastic in the provision of business solutions that create and maintain advocacy in customers, Robert holds an MBA in Marketing Management since 2004. Robert has in the last twelve years, explored his discovered passion in personal leadership development through training, coaching and mentoring. Strategically leveraging on his extensive corporate background, he has been involved in the development of the leadership teams of more than forty-five established businesses and over a dozen public services organisations. He is passionate about developing the skills of entrepreneurs, business executives and the youth towards effective and efficient productivity and profitability. His aspiration is to see businesses in Africa transcend the generation of their founders. As a firm believer in the mantra “people are inherently good”, Robert has explored and found various applicable skills and tools for helping individuals and groups to discover their true productive capabilities that drive the needed changes in their endeavours and responsibilities. A proponent of Personality-based Leadership Assessment tools, Robert has been instrumental in the development of business management teams in both the public and private sectors, enhancing cultures and corporate environments for over a decade. Robert is the lead facilitator for RGS human capital development programs, with a well equipped team of facilitators and support personnel ready and eager to serve.

Mussa Dankwah

Is an experienced finance and business professional and a consultant with over 16 years’ experience in corporate and project finance, risk management and HR training covering wide range of sectors including transport, IT, commercial real estate, energy, telecom. He also doubles as global analyst specialising in global political issues in the North America, Europe, African and Middle East. Mr. Dankwah briefly worked in the diplomatic circles, serving as the Head of Economic and Commercial Unit at the United Arab Embassy in Accra. His work experience covers wide range of countries including Ghana, United Kingdom, Nigeria, South Sudan and Kenya. Mr. Dankwah holds Bachelor of Science degree from Oxford Brookes University (UK) and Master of Science degree from the London South Bank University.
