Mr. Rahaman Yissah is a goal driven and ambitious professional with broad and wide-ranging expertise in the business strategy and the successful execution of change management / business transformation projects. He is highly accomplished with core expertise including, but not limited to the delivery of Business Strategy, Business Transformation / Change Management, Financial Management, Performance Management, Corporate Governance, Human Resource Management, Budgetary and Cost Control, and Regulatory Compliance projects.
Throughout a career spanning nearly 30 years, he has worked and delivered projects in the UK and the Middle east in Healthcare, Automotive, Tobacco, Precision Engineering, Food and Industrial Chemicals, and Oil & Gas. In the course of his work, Mr. Yissah has visited and collaborated with international organisations in Geneva and Lugano in Switzerland, Bergen and Stavanger in Norway, Rome and Sicily in Italy, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, Shell Global Solutions in The Hague, Shell Group in London, Mumbai and Hyderabad in India, Athens in Greece, Cairo in Egypt, Abuja in Nigeria, Doha in Qatar, and Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. Mr. Yissah also worked and collaborated with the Middle East divisions of international strategy consultants, namely: Oliver Wyman of the Marsh Group, PwC, Milliman (Global Actuarial and Risk Management Consultants), and KPMG in the delivery of internal company projects.
Mr. Yissah holds an MBA and a Diploma in Management from the Henley Business School, UK. He is also a qualified Accounting Technician from the Association of Accounting Technicians, AAT, and a part-qualified Management Accountant. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting, UK (FIC) and also a Fellow of the Association of Accounting Technicians (FMAAT).

Is an experienced finance and business professional and a consultant with over 16 years’ experience in corporate and project finance, risk management and HR training covering wide range of sectors including transport, IT, commercial real estate, energy, telecom. Mr. Dankwah briefly worked in the diplomatic circles, serving as the Head of Economic and Commercial Unit at the United Arab Embassy in Accra.
